Android Version Software Token Updated – Version 1.6.3 (Jul. 25)
The Android version of the SQUARE ENIX Software Token has been updated to version 1.6.3, to implement compatibility with the upcoming release of the Android Q operating system.
When updating to Android Q, Software Token versions, 1.6.2 and older will no longer be compatible and will need to be uninstalled and updated to the latest version using your Emergency Removal Password.
* If you have misplaced the Emergency Removal Password, please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Centre. Your Software Token will be removed upon verification of account ownership. Please note that you will not be able to log in until your Software Token has been removed.
We highly recommend updating to version 1.6.3 of the SQUARE ENIX Software Token before the release of Android Q to avoid any issues that may occur.
