During the Christmas and New Year period, the European SQUARE ENIX Support Centre will be available as follows:

Please be advised that throughout this period response times may be longer than usual. Regular service will resume from January 3rd 2023.
GM support for FINAL FANTASY XI and FINAL FANTASY XIV will still be available as normal during this time.
