Regarding Duration of the World Transfer Service Discount

Thank you for your continued support of FINAL FANTASY XI.

We have identified a discrepancy between the announced end times and the actual duration for the World Transfer Service discount during the recent Discount Campaign. We apologise for the error and would like to address the issue.

[Issue Details]
We announced the following campaign details on 1 November 2019.

Discount Campaign - World Transfer Service
Campaign Period:
Friday, 8 November, at 8:00 a.m. (GMT) to Friday, 29 November, at the same hour.

However, the World Transfer Service discount actually ended 10 minutes earlier, on November 29 at 7:50 a.m. A number of earlier World Transfer Service Discount Campaigns also concluded 10 minutes earlier than their announced end times.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

[Resolution]
We will implement measures to ensure that these errors do not occur again for future campaigns.

In addition, we will hold another discount for the World Transfer Service in the near future for any players who wish to take advantage of the service. Details will be announced on the official FINAL FANTASY XI website.
