After logging into the Square Enix Account Management System, select "PlayOnline / FINAL FANTASY XI" from "Services and Options" on the top menu, and click "List Options" for the service account (previously PlayOnline ID) for which you would like to create a new character. On the following screen, select "Create New Contract" from the options and follow the instructions on the screen. Up to 16 characters (options) can be registered to one Service Account. Please note the number of characters your contract currently allows you to add is displayed on screen.
