If I am using a client with a different language than my home region, how will I be affected? (e.g. Using a JP client in the NA region)
There is no restriction to the language of the client you use, but please be aware that you will need a registration code from the same region as your PlayOnline ID when registering expansions.
Also, it is possible to make a transfer even if your PlayOnline ID and Square Enix ID are from different regions. However, please be aware of the following points.
• If your PlayOnline ID and Square Enix ID are already linked, you can only make a transfer to your currently linked Square Enix ID.
• Acceptable payment methods will vary according to the region of your Square Enix Account.
• Payments for services, expansion content, expansion chapters, and world transfers will be made in the currency of your Square Enix Account's region.
• Registration codes for expansion packages have to be from the same region as your PlayOnline ID. You cannot register with a registration code from product from a different region as your PlayOnline ID. Make sure that you are always using products from the same region as your PlayOnline ID.
