SQUARE ENIX Support Centre Holiday Hours
During the Christmas and New Year period, the European SQUARE ENIX Support Centre will be available during the following hours.

24th December: Open from 9:00 to 16:00 (GMT)
25th December and 26th December: Closed
27th December and 30th December: Open from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT) as usual
31st December: Open from 9:00 to 16:00 (GMT)
1st January: Closed
Please be advised that throughout this period response times may be longer than usual. Regular service will resume from January 2nd 2020 at 09:00 (GMT).
GM support for FINAL FANTASY XI and FINAL FANTASY XIV will still be available as normal during this time.
