I entered the product code for the “Sephiroth summon” but it hasn’t appeared in my game.

I am unable to configure the battle BGM to “Sephiroth” even though I won the Champion Medal for “Sephiroth”.

I am unable to view the detail screen for “Sephiroth” on “Who’s Who”.

I completed all the “Heart Quests” but there are some rewards I still haven’t obtained.

I am unable to be matched for trading or battles.
