Yes, you can continue to use the Software Token even after changing phones.
However, you must remove the Software token prior to switching phones.
You can complete the removal process in the following manner:
1. Log into the Square Enix Account Management System and select "One-Time Password" from the "Services and Options" menu at the top.
2. Select "Adjust Software Token (smartphone application) Settings".
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and remove the Software Token.
