I want to make changes to a subscription.
FINAL FANTASY XI
To make a change to your subscription, log into the Square Enix Account Management System and select "PlayOnline/FINAL FANTASY XI" from the "Service and Options" menu at the top. Follow the on-screen instructions to make changes to your subscription.
FINAL FANTASY XIV
To make a change to your subscription, log into the Mog Station and select "List of Subscriptions" from the "Square Enix Account Settings" tab at the top. Follow the on-screen instructions to make changes to your subscription.
