Unfortunately it was impossible to test the game under Windows 7 prior to the release of this OS.  As a result, we were unable to predict the new issues that might arise from an entirely new software platform and we were also unable to create and provide a same-day patch to account for these unexpected conflicts with the new OS.  Currently our developers are performing extensive global testing of the game running under Windows 7. While overall testing results have been successful, the team has found rare issues that require additional analysis. Please be assured that this and other similar cases will be resolved within the shortest possible time frame.  We appreciate the patience of our users who have upgraded to Windows 7, and we hope to provide you with a resolution immediately.
