I am unable to download the Software Token.

The Software Token can be downloaded free of charge during the registration process as long as you have purchased FINAL FANTASY XI or FINAL FANTASY XIV and redeemed a valid registration code on your Square Enix Account.

If you are having trouble downloading the Software Token, please try the following:

- An unstable connection may interrupt the download. Please ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection before downloading the app.

- Try turning your device off, waiting a few minutes and turning it back on again.

- You may be unable to download the app properly if there is too much data stored on your device. Try deleting unnecessary files such as apps, images and videos that are no longer used then try again.
