How do I remove a Software Authenticator or Software Token from my Square Enix account?
Your Software Authenticator or Software Token can be removed using the following steps:
1. Log into the Square Enix Account Management System using your Square Enix ID and password.
2. Select “One-Time Password” under “Services and Options”
3. Select "Software Authenticator" or "Software Token" depending on your needs
4. Select the removal button at the bottom of the page
The One-Time Password will no longer be required after removing the Software Authenticator or Software Token.
If for some reason you lose your smartphone, please follow the emergency removal process on this page to remove the Software Authenticator or Software Token from your Square Enix account.
