I purchased coins in GUARDIAN CROSS but they have not been added to my balance. What should I do?
If you purchase coins and they are not reflected in the game, try closing the app, then re-launching it several minutes later to see if the coins have been added. If the purchased coins are still missing when you check again, our team at Square Enix will investigate the matter. In order to do so, please provide the information required below according to your iTunes receipt from the day the issue occurred, your Team Name as shown in the ‘Records’ menu and your ‘Query Code’ (by clicking on ‘Enquiry’) from the app.
Next, choose the ‘Fees/Points’ category on the query page, followed by ‘Fees’ and click send.
