We have confirmed that the purchase issue with the App Store has been recovered. We will continue to investigate and address the ongoing purchase issue for Google Play.

Furthermore, when an error occurs during the payment process, please wait a while to confirm that the payment did not go through as there may be a delay before re-trying again.
