What do I do if I am unable to log into my account?

If you are unable to log into your account, please try the following troubleshooting steps when logging in:
     - Ensure you select the correct account from the login menu. If you play FINAL FANTASY XIV, be sure to select the “Square Enix Account” button
     - Ensure you have entered your password correctly
     - Please try another browser and disable any add-ons manually or use an incognito or private browsing session to temporarily disable them.
     - Please try using the reset password function on the log in screen. You will then receive an email to help you reset your password.

If none of the above steps help to solve your issue, please contact our Support team and provide the following information:
     - URL of the website you are trying to log into
     - The email and username you are trying to use
