How do I report bugs?
Before you submit a bug report, please try restarting the game to see if it resolves your issues.
It might also be helpful to check (video) walkthroughs of the section you are stuck on to find out if there are any additional gameplay elements, which you might have missed, that may allow you to progress further.
Should you continue to experience issues, please contact us and provide as much information as possible, for example:
- The platform you play on (Steam, Xbox One or Playstation®4);
- The chapter in game the issue occurred on (if applicable);
- If you are on PC, please attach a DxDiag if possible;
- The steps you took before encountering this issue;
- How often the issue occurs (every time, sometimes, 1 time in 3, etc);
- A link to an unlisted YouTube video (or similar) showing the bug and the replication steps if possible.
