Game freezes while playing.
Please check the following in cases where the screen freezes mid-game or goes black.
- Check whether there is any dirt or damage to the game card if similar issues occur multiple times at the same point in the game.
- If the game card is dirty, clean the port then try to re-launch the game.
- There may be some problem with the console itself if the game card is clean and undamaged. Check whether the game runs on another unit. If so, please contact the outlet where you purchased your console.
- We regret to say that we are unable to repair the damage caused to the port if the game card is damaged
