Cannot launch game.

Please check the following list if the game does not start up normally.
- If the game card is dirty, clean the port then try to re-launch the game.
- There may be some problem with the console itself if the game card is clean and undamaged. Check whether the game runs on another unit. If so, please contact the outlet where you purchased your console.
- We regret to say that we are unable to repair the damage caused to the port if the game card is damaged.
