Please refer to the trouble shooting guide below if you encounter problems when downloading, playing or launching this game, then try re-launching the app.

◆An unstable connection can interrupt the download process, so please check your network status and settings.

◆Try turning your device off, waiting a few minutes and turning it back on again.

◆Fully quit any other apps that are running on your device.

◆Errors can occur more easily if you have too much data stored on your device. Try deleting any data you no longer need.

◆With Google Play apps, try deleting the cache and data belonging to both the Play Store and the Download Manager.
　1. Go to "Settings" then "Applications" on your device
　2. Dispaly "All" from the "Manage applications" option
　3. Select the "Google Play Store" app and tap the "Clear data" and "Clear cache" buttons.
　4. Select "Download Manager" and repeat step 3.

（1） Screen where the error appears
（2） The content of the error message
（3） Steps taken before the error occured
（4） Details on the device (model, OS and so on)

◆Please note that there is both a iPhone and iPad version of this app for iOS. The iPhone version cannot be played on iPad.
