Log in to the Square Enix Account Management System and bring up the "List Subscriptions" from the top menu under "Payment and Service Fees". Once you have confirmed your current Payment Method for each Service Account, click on the "Update" button shown next to Payment Method when making any changes. Finally, please follow the on-screen instructions and complete the required steps.  

Your new choice of payment method will take effect the next time you pay your monthly bill.
