Am I entitled to a refund?

Don't worry – Anybody who has an unexpired membership on 29th November 2013 will receive a full refund for their most recent subscription payment. For most people this will happen automatically via Global Collect; if you purchased a Membership using an alternative method of payment, you will be contacted directly via e-mail for the next steps of your refund. Users whose subscription periods have expired before the 29th November 2013 will not be entitled to a refund.
