Do I need an Internet connection to Install and run the Just Cause 2?
An Internet connection is only required to install and authenticate Just Cause 2 to your Steam account. Once this is complete you can switch Steam to
offline mode which downloads an offline profile you can use to play the game when an internet connection is not available.
