Why is the installation process stopping at either 52% or 83%?
This problem, we have found, is with a particular batch of disks (1:4), which fail to operate on about 1/3 of drives. The batch number will be printed on the silver side of the CD, and will be engraved in dots quite faintly.
If you have a 1:4 send the disk (not the packaging) back to Unit 2, Holford Way, Holford, Birmingham, B6 7AX and we will replace it with one from another pressing.
