Can I carry over data after changing devices?
You can carry over data to your new device by following on of the two options below. Please note that these actions will need to be performed ahead of changing devices.
- Proceed to “Create an account” from “My Page”, which can be accessed from the in-app menu.
It will not be possible to recover data without using one of these two options.
※Please note that data may not be transferred correctly if you use the iTunes backup function.
