I can't launch the app.

Please attempt the following in the event that the app doesn't launch.

- Please close all background apps, and change your wallpaper if a large file-size is being used for this. Make sure to close these apps from the task menu, and not do not put them on suspend.

- Errors are more likely to occur if your smartphone has a lot of data saved on it.
Please organise your data and delete any unnecessary apps, images, or music.

- Please turn off your smartphone, and leave it for a few minutes before turning it back on. Contact your device retailer in the event that you do not know how to operate your device.

- Please update your app version from the Store if it is not up to date.

- In the event that the above steps do not resolve the issue, please take the time to delete and reinstall the app. Please sync to the Cloud before reinstalling the app.
