Yes. Go to Title Screen, Options, Sync with Cloud to save data to the cloud before deleting the App, and you can use this data to play from where you left off. You will not be able to play from where you left off if you have not saved your data in this way.

Please note that you must use the same Apple Account or Google account to make use of Cloud sync and that data cannot be synced between different OSs.
