In observance of the Christmas and New Year holidays, the European SQUARE ENIX Support Centre will be operating during the following hours.

Dec. 26, 2015: Regular Weekend Closure
Dec. 27, 2015: Regular Weekend Closure
Dec. 28, 2015: Open from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT)*
Dec. 29, 2015: Open from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT)
Dec. 30, 2015: Open from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT)
Dec. 31, 2015: Open from 9:00 to 16:00 (GMT)
Jan. 1, 2016: Closed - New Year's Day Holiday
*Only email inquiries will be handled on that day.
Regular service will be resumed from January 4th 2016 09:00 (GMT).
GM support for FINAL FANTASY XI and FINAL FANTASY XIV will still be available during this time.
