SQUARE ENIX Support Centre Holiday Hours
During the Christmas and New Year period, the European SQUARE ENIX Support Centre will be available as follows:

23rd to 26th December: Closed
27th to 29th December: Open
30th December to 1st January: Closed
Please be advised that throughout this period response times may be longer than usual. Regular service will resume from January 2nd 2024.
GM support for FINAL FANTASY XI and FINAL FANTASY XIV will still be available as normal during this time.
