I got a message saying "The Square Enix ID, date of birth, and registration password you entered do not match."
If you are having trouble entering your registration information in the Software Token, please check the following:
- The Software Token registration password is not the same as your Square Enix account password. It is the password that is sent to the email address registered to your Square Enix account when starting the Software Token registration process. If you do not have a Registration Password, please refer to this article
and restart the Software Token app process.
- You must enter in the Date of Birth field the same date you have registered on your Square Enix. If you have forgotten the date of birth you previously registered, the actual account owner must contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Centre.
