Can you provide details on the period of use if I have added any characters ("recurring continuous" options)?
The period of use for characters ("recurring continuous" options) begins the day they are added until the end of the subscription period as determined by your Service Account (previously PlayOnline ID) and once activated you will be charged on pro rata basis* up to the last day of the billing cycle.
E.g.) During a 30 day subscription period starting 1st August to 30th August, if you have chosen to add characters to your Service Account on 20th August, then charges will apply from 20th August to 30th August.
*A minimum pro rata rate of £0.70 / €1.00 will apply if paying by credit card.
