How long will my character's data be saved after I cancel my Square Enix Account?
After cancelling your account, character data will be saved for a standard period of 3 months. Where possible, we will endeavour to secure your saved data beyond the set 3 month cut off point. Therefore, as long as the data remains on our servers, it may be possible to resume playing from the point you cancelled your account, even after 3 months have elapsed.
