Regarding the Triple Triad Card Exchange Issue(1/25)(Updated 2/16 3:00)

As stated in a previous announcement, as an apology for this issue we have set the following period where “Triple Triad” cards can be exchanged for 0 points at the “Item Exchange”.
The detailed times are as follows.
■Feb. 16, 2024 3:00 ~ Feb. 29, 2024 23:59 (GMT)
*Please make sure that the points consumed on the exchange page are showing “0” before proceeding with the exchange.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have released a fix today to the issue which caused an error page to display when tapping the “Exchange” button for each item in the Triple Triad section of the Item Exchange.
As an apology for this issue, we have set the following period where “Triple Triad” cards can be exchanged for 0 points at the “Item Exchange”.
■Feb. 16, 2024 3:00 ~ Feb. 29, 2024 23:59 (GMT)
*Please make sure that the points consumed on the exchange page are showing “0” before proceeding with the exchange.

It has been confirmed that there is currently an issue which causes an error page to display when tapping the “Exchange” button for each item in the Triple Triad section of the Item Exchange.
The cause of the issue is currently under investigation.
A notice will be posted when an update can be provided.
