GM/Support Petition Service Technical Difficulties (Jun. 30)

At the following time, we experienced technical difficulties with the GM/Support Petition Service mail server, and may not have been able to receive inquiries sent in the following manner.

  1. Inquiries sent from in-app (apps that do not transfer you to the Support Center screen)
  2. Inquiries sent via a reply to a reply email from Support
  3. Inquiries to directly designated email addresses
  4. Image data for copies of official documentation sent via the Support Center

*Regarding inquiries sent from in-app (apps that do not transfer you to the Support Center screen) Your inquiry may have been displayed on-screen as having been successfully sent, even when it actually was not. Unfortunately we are unable to determine which inquiries were sent successfully and which were not. Therefore, if you sent in an email inquiry during the time of the issue, and do not receive a reply from the Support Center post-recovery, we apologize but ask that you please submit your inquiry again.

*Regarding image data for copies of official documentation sent via the Support Center Your submission may have been displayed on-screen as having been successfully sent, even when it actually was not. Though we are able to identify which submissions were not successfully received, because the image data for the copies of official documentation were not properly received, we will be contacting these specific customers separately.
