I haven't received my campaign code for the Return Home to Vana'diel campaign. What should I do?

Players who meet the criteria to receive a campaign code (see below) for the Return Home to Vana'diel campaigns will receive it by an email sent to "E-mail address 1" on their Square Enix account.

[Conditions]
To have paid for account services between 1/10/2013 and 30/11/2013 and to have an active subscription.
*Free Trial Period players are not eligible for this campaign

If you meet the above conditions but have still not received you code, the email we sent you may have been treated as spam, so please check your junk/spam folders carefully.

Also, please ensure the "@square-enix.com" domain is added to your safe list etc., so the delivery of your code is neither blocked or treated as spam mail and that the address registered as "E-mail address 1" is still in active use.
Finally, campaign codes will not be sent to players who unsubscribed from receiving News Letters in the past from PLAYONLINE/FinalFantasyXI.

If you qualify for the campaign code but were unable to receive it due to the above reasons, please select the green button to the right of the screen to login using your members ID and select "This FAQ did not answer my question" after logging into the Support Centre in order to contact us.
