A transaction error appeared and I cannot purchase any coins.

Try closing and re-launching the app.

How to close the app correctly:
-Press the Home Button (□) twice
-Press and hold the app icon displayed in the box at the bottom of the screen.
-Tap the (-) symbol when the icon starts shaking.
