I lost my phone. Is there any way to transfer save data to my new device?

If you registered a new password before you lost your phone, please follow the steps below to continue playing the app on your new device:

1) Start the app on your new device and select 'Transferring Save Data.'
2) Enter your username and the password you registered and start the game.

* Please note that the new password will expire after 1 week from the time you set it. Once the password expires, you will not be able to use it to log in to the game on your new device.

* Should this happen and you are unable to log into the app on your new device, please contact the Support Center and provide your team name and query code.

1) Contact the Support Center and provide your team name and query code. A new password will be provided to you.
2) Once you receive your new password, start the app on your new device and enter your username and new password and start the game.
* Please set your own password once you recover your account.
