What if my account is compromised outside of Information Centre business hours?

If you can still access your account, please take the following steps and change your PlayOnline password immediately:

- Log into the Square Enix Account Management System
- Select "Services and Options"
- Select "PlayOnline/FINAL FANTASY XI"
- Select "Options List" for the relevant PlayOnline/FFXI service account
- Select "Update PlayOnline Password"

If you have a separate account, please log into that account and make a GM call.
