How long does it take for GMs to recover the items?
Item restore investigations will take between a few days and a few weeks. Also, please understand that there are certain situations in which item restoration is not possible.
After the investigation has been completed, a GM will respond to you with the results of the investigation. The GM reply will come in the form of a message that will appear in the middle of the screen after logging on to PlayOnline. If you have not received the results of your investigation after an extended period of time, please place another GM call.
