Character Reactivation Service - Restoring a deleted character

If data for a character we can recover exists, you can apply to have your deleted character reactivated by submitting an application through our Character Reactivation Service.

We will review the information in your application and reactivate your character provided we can recover the corresponding data. You must read and agree to the Character Reactivation Service Guidelines before you can submit an application. Please be aware that your application will be deemed to be in full agreement with all applicable terms and conditions of use, including the guidelines, at the point you have completed your application.

* Please be aware that this service does not guarantee the successful restoration of your deleted character. There is a possibility we may not locate recoverable data, even if your application is eligible for this service.

* The character reactivation process may take some time to complete.
* We cannot reactivate a character immediately after it was deleted.

* Your PlayOnline ID must already be transferred to a Square Enix Account.
