- Try turning your phone off for several minutes.

- Close any other applications that are running in the background.

- Having a large amount of data stored on your phone can result in errors occurring more easily. Deleting unnecessary data may help.

If the issue still persists, please make a note o the following and contact Apple for further advice:

1- The screen where the error occurred
2- The error message displayed
3- The sequence of actions you took leading up to the error
