Error 3109

If you have several service accounts and are encountering the error message 'Error 3109' after selecting 'Start' from the main menu, please follow these steps to resolve the problem:

1) Select 'Data Center' from the main menu
2) Select a different data centre than the preselected one
3) Select a service account with a valid subscription/game time
