Steam support

For any issue or question related to the Steam version of FINAL FANTASY XIV, please visit Steam Support.


In case you are using Enterprise editions of MS Windows, FINAL FANTASY XIV might not start-up when trying to launch the game directly from the Steam Library. Please follow the steps below to solve the issue:

1- Close and completely exit the Steam Client
2- Right click on the Steam’s desktop icon.
3- Select Properties
4- Go to the Compatibility menu tab
5- Check the Run this program as an administrator in the Privilege Level category
6- Click Apply and OK to close the Properties menu
7- Start the Steam Client and launch FINAL FANTASY XIV by clicking the Play button in your games’ library.
