I have not received my Pre-order Code yet.

If you have not received your Pre-order Code yet, please note that emails sent from the SE Store may be delayed due to high demand. Your Pre-order Code will be sent out sequentially. If you pre-ordered the game from another retailer, please contact the retailer/shop you bought the game from.

Code registration is not necessary for PlayStation®4/PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S. Early Access and Pre-order Bonus Items will have been automatically linked to your account at the time you pre-ordered the game.

Please note:

  • This is a unique code and can only be redeemed once per service account.
  • This code will only work on European Square Enix accounts.
  • This code is valid until December 31, 2024 after which it will no longer be possible to redeem.
  • There is no code contained within the physical Collector's Box. The Pre-order code will be sent to you separately.
