FINAL FANTASY XIV: Endwalker Pre-orders and Early Access

If you have a question or problem related to FFXIV: Endwalker pre-orders or Early Access, please check the following information.

If you did not yet receive or have lost your pre-order code, please contact the retailer/shop you bought the game from.

If you pre-ordered from the SQUARE ENIX Store whilst logged in, you will receive a pre-order confirmation email containing a link to validate your order. Clicking the link will take you to the page to validate your order with instructions on how to retrieve your pre-order code. We recommend ordering whilst logged in to your account, so you can access your order details at any time.

If you pre-ordered from the SQUARE ENIX Store as a guest, you'll instead receive an email containing your pre-order code.

If you have ordered from the EU SQUARE ENIX Store and have not received  your pre-order confirmation email, please contact Store Support for further help.

Please click here to find the steps on how to register your pre-order code and get the Early Access entitlements for FFXIV: Endwalker.

Once you purchase FFXIV: Endwalker on Steam, you will be provided with an Early Access code (20 digits, starting with RF5A)  that needs to be registered on the Mog Station.
To find this code, follow these steps:
     - Log into the Steam Client
     - Right-click on “FINAL FANTASY XIV” on the left column
     - Select “Manage > CD Keys” to see all FFXIV keys that are available to you on this Steam account

You can find further information about redeeming your Steam code on the Mog Station in this article.

Please note that you will also receive the full code for the Expansion already (20 digits, starting with RE5A for the Standard Edition, or RG5A for the Collector’s Edition).  However, this code cannot be entered in the Mog Station yet. Please wait for the release of FFXIV: Endwalker to register that code.

Although the Endwalker expansion contains previously released expansions, you will only be able to access the content of these first three expansions on 7 December 2021, when FFXIV: Endwalker officially launches.

Early Access is tentatively scheduled to begin on Friday, 3 December 2021 at 9:00 (GMT) allowing players the ability to play FFXIV: Endwalker before the official release! (Date and time may be subject to change.)

The registration code included in the Windows version is not compatible with the Steam version of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Online. If you own the Steam version of the game, you will need to purchase the expansion on Steam as well.

Please visit the official website for more information.

Please check whether you have the correct entitlements on the Mog Station by following these steps:
     - Log in on
     - Click on “Mog Station”
     - If you have multiple service accounts, select the service account you want to check.
     - Click "Service Account Status" in the top left menu.
     - Scroll down and check the table detailing the versions of the game that are registered on your account
     - Please check the “Endwalker Early Access” line is marked with a ✓ symbol for your platform
If the ✓ symbol does not appear, then you do not have the entitlements. Please click here to find the steps on how to register your Pre-Order code and get the Early Access entitlements for FFXIV: Endwalker.
