Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.
1- Log into the
Mog Station.
2- If you have multiple service accounts, please select the service account with the subscription you wish to cancel.
3- Open the "Service Account Status" page from the top-left menu.
4- Select "Cancel Subscription".
The "Cancel Subscription" button is only displayed when automatic payment options are active on your account.
5- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
