What does the "Support Desk" option do?

The "Support Desk" option under the main menu is used to view Frequently Asked Questions, announcements, and to place a gm call.


GM Call

In FINAL FANTASY XIV, we have a group of support staff called "Game Masters" that solve various issues that occur while in the game. These GM staff are on stand-by 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. GMs exist as characters in the game and they assist customers with various issues, such as when customers are stuck in game geometry or when they are being harassed by another person.

How to Place a GM Call
1- Select Support Desk from the in-game menu
2- Select an article that best matches your inquiry from the FAQ and Recent Info page.
3- If you require additional assistance regarding the inquiry, select the GM Call button at the bottom of the window
4- Enter a call title, select a topic, enter the details, and then select Send.
