Callback Campaign

The Callback Campaign gives players the opportunity to invite friends back to the game. Please see below for the restrictions and limitations of the service, as well as resolutions for potential issues you may encounter. Please visit the official website for further details.


FAQ



Invitation emails are sent out periodically throughout the week, so you may need to wait a few days until an invitation is sent to you. Furthermore invitation emails are sent to the email address registered on the Square Enix account, so please be sure to check the inbox of the email account registered to your account. 

Players to be invited to return must have a service account that has been inactive for at least 90 days (including the free play period). Those who fail to meet this requirement will not receive an email even if they have been invited to return.

If you refused the invitation email or opted out by mistake, but wish to receive invitation emails in the future, then you can contact us at the Support Centre to have the settings changed.



Each in-game reward (mounts, gear, outfits) may only be awarded once, even if two or more friends have been invited back to play. 

You can confirm the number of players you invited to return who purchased a subscription by logging into the Mog Station.

Invitations for this campaign apply to all characters registered to a given service account. As such, rewards will be granted when players invited to return log in using any character registered to their service account.
