The in-game menu language is determined by the language configured on the Epic account settings on the website. Change the language under "Preferred Communication Language" in your Epic account settings to display the in-game menus in another language. This can only be changed via the account website, and cannot be configured from the launcher.

Please note that setting this to any language other than those supported in-game will start the game with English in-game menus by default.
