Current Known Issue (May 12)

We have confirmed an issue with the following NPCs and have temporarily removed them from the game.

- One of the NPC "Dealer Moogle" in Port San d'Oria/Port Bastok/Port Windurst/Chocobo Circuit

We will make an announcement later regarding when the NPCs will be available again.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.

This issue was addressed by a several areas emergency maintenance on May 13, 2026 5:30 (GMT)/6:30 (BST).
The NPCs mentioned above were temporarily removed as a stopgap measure, but have been restored now that the issue is fixed.
