Known Issue for FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES for Xbox One (Dec. 14)
We are currently aware of an issue preventing users who have purchased the Xbox One version of FINAL FANTASY XV ROYAL EDITION from downloading FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES free of charge.
Although we are working to correct the issue, we expect some delays until it is fixed. We apologise for this inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience while we work to make FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES available to download. You will be able to transfer your data once this issue has been resolved.
Please note that those who have purchased the Digital Premium Edition, Season Pass, and/or FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES for Xbox will be able to download FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES free of charge without any issues.
Furthermore, users on PlayStation®4 are unaffected by this, and will be able to download FFXV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES free of charge regardless of the version you own.
